Following the successful launch of the Vim app, the Arthritis Foundation came to us with a new challenge: make more people living with arthritis and their loved ones aware of the Foundation as a place to turn to for support and resources.
In response, we developed We Journey Together, a campaign that focuses on the power and strength of a shared community.
Living with arthritis can feel isolating, but it doesn’t have to be.
After an arthritis diagnosis, it can feel daunting knowing how to move forward. But you are not alone. The Arthritis Foundation is here to provide support and resources to help you live well and be well.
We believe a community can shoulder a much greater burden than an individual, so we created a fellowship of helping hands ready to navigate the road ahead with you. From subject matter experts to educational resources, the Arthritis Foundation has already built a foundation to support you, all you need to do is connect with them.
