HALT

HALT (Health And Lifestyle Training) is a one-year program that helps people develop and maintain habits that will lead to lifelong health. It was developed by the NACDD (National Association of Chronic Disease Directors) as a way to deploy the National Diabetes Prevention Program virtually through a digital platform.

We were tasked with refreshing the HALT brand identity and developing a website to help health departments implement the National DPP in their state or territory.
