Over the past 12 years, SmartStrand has been the best selling carpet in America. During that time, Mohawk has demonstrated its great performance with a variety of extreme situations (from letting rhinos live on it to putting it down at a Tough Mudder race). In 2017, they came to us looking for a campaign more relatable to consumers. We developed the Tested and Proven campaign, featuring situations much more relevant to the average homeowner, while still nodding to SmartStrand's historical campaigns.
